I thought Spectral's made a lot more sense and less desperate than Crescendo's, if you know what I mean. Spectral actually made something that makes sense and isn't just a blob of colors.

I like both of their shading styles, though.

Both are good skins. But Crescendo used the colors in the palette better.

Both of the skins are both excellent and creative, but while Spectral's neon frog is unique, I have to say that Crescendo's shading, color blending/contrast, etc. were better executed in my opinion. However, as I've said, both skins are excellent and it was difficult to arrive at a vote.
