Resize Skin

Hello, I am wondering if somebody could re-size this skin for me. I don't know how to do it and I don't have Photoshop or anything fancy to do it with.

It was originally 1.7 skin type. i did nothing to it just made it 1.8 Not sure why I did but id like it back to 1.7

Resize it? You mean change it from the 1.7 format to 1.8 or vise versa? If that's not what you mean, I don't think it would be a usable skin if the skin file size was altered.
