I use MCSkin3d to develop the skin then Photoshop CS6 for my shading however it's all down to personal preference!

mcskin3d is the best for beginners but if you want to start shading i would (after making it in mcskin3d) use a photo editing program like photohop or paint.net

minersneedcoolshoes is banned with a long list of others the best one to use is use called MCSkin3D by paril easiest to shade legitly with and good viewing so i highly suggest you use it

Incorrect, the only parts of them banned are the armories/parts users. You may create a skin with any program, as long as you make it 100%, and don't use any parts you didn't make.

i know but can you help me Shading skin on Needcoolshoes but. What about when you upload the Skin here and when you see the inner side of the Skin ? Its BLACK !

i have both mac and pc and i use a website called www.needcoolshoes.com this website lets you edit skin or make them from scratch it works on both pc and mac and this is the site i use to make my skins its very good you should try it but if it doesnt suit what your looking for im sry
