Builder Request
Thank you for taking interest in applying for the builder position. We offer this position because we are looking for talented, dedicated, and skilled individuals who take interest in the building aspect of Minecraft. We are currently in the process of trying to expand and enhance the gaming experience of our server. We need YOU, the talented individual to come, join us on our journey, and help make this server a better place.
We require that you need to be dedicated and active in order to become and maintain your status as a builder. You must be able to follow instructions and take constructive criticism even if it is something you will not like to hear. It would probably be a good idea to add images or your recent builds (Please try and date, the build, and the place of the build [on a server? or single player?]) and your history as a builder in the minecraft realm.
The steps that you must take to become a builder are as follows:
1) You must create a written application based on our guide or your own skills in application writing.
2) If your application is accepted, you will be invited onto the server, however you will need to build us something and present it. This should be something that you can do in one server session. it should be something that will "wow" us. However it should also be of your own creation and not copied from any other source. You may use other people's ideas but not their entire build.
3) If we do like your build we may or may not ask you to something else at our request or of your own imagination.
4) If you are invited onto the server to show us a build, we require that the build be something to do with a city or a town. We do NOT want to see pixel art of anything of that nature.
5) Will then decide whether or not you are fit enough to join our building squad.
To maintain your status as a builder you will need to be active and frequently provide us with new builds for our server. You will need to have followed instructions. If you are accepted and you do start to build for us, please do not become disheartened if we do not like your build and decide to remove it.

very elaborate information. 1 thing is missing. why would someone want to join your squad? You have a lot of requirements but give very little motivation to join. Very few people that are willing to bother with this for little reward beyond being in a team will be worth your time.
