If its a hacks, perm ban. If its a verbal abuse, 2 weeks. Griefing, perm. Advertising your / other servers, 1 week ban. Staff abuse, first warning, then second warning, then demotion. Spamming in chat, mute for 24 hours ( It's fine if they cuss, but any racial comments will equal a mute for 24 hours.)
