So we are starting a big network and we want everything built from scratch it seems, to be new and unique, we don't want to copy others and have decided to look for builders.

I'd like to get lots of builders to work on our hub spawn first.

Would like to get a few serious builders that can possibly be head builders and decide how things should be built, after that would be nice to get lots of ordinary builders who will listen to the head builders and get really big projects done.
This is quite new to me, if you guys have some other ideas tell me.

There will always be things that will need to be built, if we decide that you are mature enough we can even keep you as staff member who will build and also be a part of staff team.

For now i'd like lots of builders preferably over 20.
There will be factions,opfactions,prison,opprison and everything else popular probably, hungergames and so on.

So we need many builders.
