Pokegive command for pixelmon

I'm looking for someone who could possibly make a /pokegive command for my pixelmon server.
When an op types in /pokegive <pokename> <playerID> the pokemon is sent to the gui or pc of said player.
Dont rly know what I could...give since i'm not old enough for a job yet, but I would greatly appreciate if someone could take the time to make the command for me.

That's a thing...
The command is "/pokegive <playerID> <pokemonname> [s] [lvl<1-100>]"
so if you do /pokegive Bobby Magikarp s lvl5, Bobby gets a shiny level 5 Magikarp.
