I could host the server, but I have no prior knowledge as to what the plot is to the show lol

This would be impossible, know why?
There's no way of knowing what happened/what was where between going from Rick's hometown to Atlanta, and Atlanta to the Farm, and the Farm to the Prison.
The best you could do is just build the prison, farm, and Rick's hometown.
