What is means, is that you make a skin/blog/project/other to the theme! You can make any of them! The maximum entries you ca put in is 2.
Theme
The theme is..... LOTR/Star Wars! Basically, make your skin/blog/project/other that's Star Wars or LOTR (Lord Of The Rings) or maybe even both!
