About the Capes..

I need help, the problem is that i don't know how i could add a custom cape to my skin. Please tell me if you know.

You can't, capes are rewards given for doing certain things, usaully IRL, such as going to minecon, selling realms maps, being somebody who worked in mojang, etc. If you have optifine, you can donate money and get a banner/optifine cape, but they will only show up to people using the mod.
