Should I have banned this guy for seeing this command?

Yeahh, You would want to ban him. Thats generating a GIANT hollow sphere made of TNT 6000 blocks in diameter. Crashing your server spawning, and setting all of the TNT off. As well as blowing nearly every build to smithereens in that area. Unless ofcourse you use blast control and the TNT cannot be set off and cannot do damage.

Yah that would be a definite ban. What that means is he was trying to place a HUGE half sphere of tnt somewhere
