Hello,

Let me clarify. When I'm playing Minecraft while it's recording, everything is fine. My FPS is high and there is no lag!

BUT, when I watch the recordings, the video is laggy even though when I was playing it was not.

Anyone know how to fix or know any ideas?

looking at the stats the video is also recorded @20fps, might want to put that higher too

shows under "Stats for nerds", framerate is the @20 beside resolution

Vouch for Fraps, very simplistic program and easy to use.
Videos are in high quality too.

If you haven't paid for Bandicam, try OBS. It's free and not watermarked. It's pretty lightweight, too.

Here is a link to the video recording now.

As you can see, it starts out okay then gets worse really bad..

You should be able to record alright with that setup, and the in-game FPS counter says you're getting a somewhat smooth framerate.

What are your recording settings, namely the framerate, bitrate, and encoding format.

Oh, I think I read the OP wrong. You'll need to increase the framerate and bitrate of the video output by your editing software (of course if your recording software outputs highly-compressed video, turning up the bitrate of the rendered footage won't do much to help).

It still won't hurt to see Speccy or a DXDiag report, but you should tell us the framerate and bitrate of both your raw footage as well as the footage output from your video editing software.

With a graphics card and ram like that, it's pretty obvious you're going to have laggy recordings.

Anyway, I'm not going to be judgemental by your setup and just give some basic tips for video-editing which can help. First off, render your videos with a video editing software and then compress it over handbrake.fr, basically what the rendering would do is set it at an FPS which should be able to smoothly plays your videos well and then using Handbrake, it will decrease the video file size to upload quicker and play better.

Try that. That's my two cents.

I didn't see any lag on your first minecraft let's play vid of 27 december. Are you sure its not just your flashplayer being out of date or your browser having trouble?

Can you run Speccy and screenshot it or provide a DXDiag report?
