I tried to update my mod file today but the bar just kept going and going. I retried the upload with Chrome's dev tools on and I found that I am forbidden to access the "ajax.php" file for whatever reason. Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/xBc7yCh.png

Yes I did retry resetting my cache and cookies
Yes this issue proceeds across multiple browsers (firefox, and IE)

Any suggestions or is this a PMC issue?
