Cant download a project

hi. i found this really cool city template that i want to use and build on but when i click on the download link it just downloads a .rar file instead of a .zip one. i cant seem to do anything to change that. anyone know any solution? or am i just doing something wrong? thanks!

I asked in the reddit page as well and someone helped me already. i didint know i had to have a program like WinRAR. its good now. but thank you for the reply!
