When i try to "Install Client" it says
"you need to run the version 1.7.2 manually at least once"

You can't really use it on servers. Unless the server supports Minecraft Forge And has that Mod on it.

alright XD i installed the mod "Lucky Blocks" but last question....maybe, how do i use this mod in the game? and other servers?

Make sure you close minecraft before this
search run on your computer then go in it. type %appdata% in the little box. Now you should see a folder called .minecraft. Go in that folder. There should be another folder called mods (if there is not just create one). Now just drag the mod into it.

i got that far but how do i use them in the game D: it has red words that say "Disable" and i cannot click "Config"

I Can't give you much info on this as I Haven't used that mod before but Once you put it in your mods folder... it should load when you start Minecraft Forge.Tip: The server has to have Forge and all the mods you have installed if you plan to go on servers with it.

Dont want to be rude but where the hell did you downloaded 1.3.11 version of minecraft ? :O I mean it is soooo old but it was better (my opinion) than those now.
