Got this "This server does not belong to your PMC account"

So today I was making a planet minecraft page for our server and it said "Problem: This server does not belong to your PMC account.". So I looked up our server ip and found that there was another account with the same ip as us. But that server is down now and we have the ip and can prove that it is our server. Please help us get a page up.

but just adding onto that, make sure you go into "Server Hall" so you don't get banned.
