Help, Can't Upload Resource Pack

I'm trying to upload my resource pack to the packs section but every time I try to add a file it resets the editor, losing the link to my file.

you need to wait for your pack to be sent though greenlight, can take a while though, lots of people submit them

I'm not really sure on how to help, but I just want to mention that mods and texture packs submitted by level 1s has to get greenlighted before it can be seen.
