HELP: Mouse not detected

Hello! I ordered a mouse so I could play Arma 3 without using the trackpad on my laptop. It worked the first time I used it, but the next day it stopped working. I know it is getting power from the computer because the lights inside the mouse is on, and it is appearing in the icon bar thing.
But the red light on the bottom is gone, so it wont move the cursor.
Also, in device manager, it does not show up

I have checked my wires. They look fine to me. I like to keep my desk tidy

Make sure your mouse driver is updates, try using another usb port or another computer.

How do I update the driver if the computer can't detect it? Also, I have tried my other USBs, all of them don't detect.

Go to the manufacturer website and download the driver from there.

Ok, I downloaded and opened the file, and it says it installed. It looked exactly like the wizard that opened when I put the disk in. It says it completed the process, but it still didn't work
