I own a server and trust me, if I paid 1pence every time I edited my permissions I would be living in a box right now Permissions is something you edit every time you decide to give someone a rank or install a new plugin, you just have to know it. And I agree with the above posts, it does only take a day or two to master it.

Get Notepad++, the perms for it are made in that and can be read much better with the interface and layout it uses, WolfOfDoom is right, it isn't that hard, I did it in a couple of days

Also get Essentials Permissions, so much better

Make use of the resources you have at hand, rather than paying other people to do things for you. Permissions is very easy to understand*, and it may require you to read a paragraph or two.
