How can I improve my skin? I couldn't this thread in chat, (cause I'm banned for advertising)

A less aggressive blue colour. perhaps go for '#44cdff'

I'd say more shading. Like said above, I like how you used the overlays, but the shading's hardly there.

I like the use of overlays, however, you could do a little shading.
