That is why I have reported it. I wouldn't try to use it! I was showing a bug that I found. I couldnt find a bug report section so...

All those are are dialogs to make moderators' lives easier on the chat. You would not be able to actually use them, similar to trying to type "/ban". It would just give you a message.

Yes. Please, If you see these "Moderator Controls", do not try to use them. Bugs are bugs.

This is probably a bug that happens to some people, like one of my friends was able to see the Moderator forum, though he/she didn't look at it since it was probably a bad thing to do.

Anyways, I'd advise not fooling around with that. If you want to stay on the site, rather than banning everyone from chat, you shouldn't touch anything.
