I've changed my MC Username, and want to change my Forum name.
In the past every SMod I messaged didn't respond.
I meet all the requirements, so any other way to change it?

Also, as a note, if the name you want is taken, it is possible to get it, assuming the person who owned it has been inactive for a considerable amount of time, and has never uploaded anything.

You change your username in your profile settings now. They changed it so that the SMods didn't have to do name changes. It's only available to users on PMC every 30 days, so don't change it unless you're absolutely certain you want to.

The last part is not true; only the first time it's 30 days. Every subsequent name change increases the length of time between the next name change allowed.

Is it? Huh, I thought it worked like name changes for MC.
