Due to an issue I've been trying to contact the mod related with this issue and when I try to PM him the message just freezes at "Saving..." and never stops. Are there any other ways to contact a mod?

Clear your cache, if that doesnt work try another browser, if that doesnt work you really have 2 options, see if the mod has skype public on their profile (most dont, but paril does) and add them to speak there, or you can try waiting a day and then trying again.
