One must forward it to a moderator stating that it is rude and including the message.
EG: You got a message saying:
U suk! U are female and ur submission r crap
You say to the moderator:
Hello, donutdooger sent me this rude PM:
U suk! U are female and ur submission r crap
And that's how it's done!

idk if you are being sarcastic when you mean sweet and pleasant but you take a screen shot of the message and send that to a moderator
