How do i give people diamonds?

Click on the diamond, it's only on projects, skins, servers, and such. Not on forum posts.
IF IT'S MC:
You need OP or permissions:
Vanilla:
/give (name) diamond 1
Spigot/Bukkit
/i diamond 1
Then toss it to the player
Or just give 'em it in creative mode...

It should look something like this if you are talking about giving someone's submission a diamond:

click the greyed out diamond by the title of the submission so that it turns blue. If you did it correctly you should see the number go up
