AziePosting submissions is 100% free, assuming you're using a free file-sharing site like Mediafire.

Just pack your map in a compressed/zipped folder and uploaded it to a site like Mediafire or Dropbox then list the download link in the correct field when posting your project submission. You can start a new submission by visiting the link below or clicking the tab that corresponds with the type of submission you want to post at the top of the screen and clicking the button below the pop reel that says something along the lines of "New Submission".
