Forgive my noobishness, but though I have filled out and saves a project submission I cannot find out how to post it...I left the page (After saving) and came back to find it had deleted all my text, also, though the pictures and save were still there.

This is pretty much everything to do with projects. What you may be doing is not checking 'Publish Live', a small box next to the title editor.

Don't worry your noobishness is forgiven go to Projects and underneath the big picture of the featured project there should be a tab marked "Upload My Project" Click on that and fill out the requirements.
