I know that on the forums you are able to report posts, but is it possible to report someone who is being inappropriate on the submissions half of PMC?

I recently received a downvote and negative comment on my halloween skin, which is fine - I can take that. At first I simply thought it was only directed at me, but then I saw that several of the finalists had been commented on exactly the same way (and down voted too, no doubt) by the same person. I believe this to be poor manners and frankly being a jerk for no good reason, and there is never a good reason to be a jerk. =\

So, is it possible to report a user like that, or am I missing something?
