How do you post a map?

I'm trying to post a map with man made structures, but I don't know how. I need help.

Okay, take your world, at %appdata%/Roaming/.minecraft/saves. Copy it into a .zip file. Get a Mediafire account. (Go watch a tutorial, it took me some time to learn) Choose post your project option under Projects on PMC. Edit the things you like. At World Download URL, you paste the link from the mediafire file, that .zip file with your world. And save! (Remember to upload at least 1 image!!)

Upload your map as a .zip folder to a host like mediafire and get the link from mediafire and then link when you are uploading a project to the mediafire link with your download.
