I AM RETURNEDflight_land
After many battles fought, and one too many hours spent inside the belly of a slime monster-
Or if we go for the actual story, one too many hours spent sitting down while also moving, or I suppose being moved through the sky, and over the land. And you know way too many hours- okay whatever.
I'm back! No, seriously. I'M BACK!!! YEAH! I HATE HOLIDAYS! HOME IS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER-
I was only gone for like a week, but I forgot what picking up my cat felt like, so it must of secretly been for like forever.
Or at least one century or more...
Anyway, I have come up with SO MANY IDEAS and I have SO MANY THINGS TO DO!!! And I'm going to tell you all about that, because that's what people do when they get back from important missions- I mean holidays, right? Right?
Regardless, I am doing it, and I only do the most normal of things. Which includes killing house sized monsters, because you just can't get away from them these days....
1) First on the list is High Fantasy Character Jam or more finishing some things which I did not finish for it, I want to make an example entry (which is a bit more work then a normal one), and I need to make the trophies, which is annoying because I am not mainlining pixel art over here and I have to make four semi-unique themed art-things that look good and also fit a theme? Agh. But this one should be first on the list, because finishing things is important and stuff.
2) Second on the list is marketing sharing around Everyday Reshade-ish Jam so that people join it when it goes live on.... Friday...? Ya, something like that. That's gonna probably be pretty simple, it's a simple jam, and I did all the other work for it already. It's also simple to enter and stuff, so I don't have to search for people who want to enter it, or at least I assume not.
3) Third on the list is my Skin Base Jam idea (which is what it sounds like), which will probably end up being two jams, one which is for the skin bases and another one where people can stick in the skins they made from the bases. I mean the second one isn't entirely essential, but I think it could add to the fun. Also make it so that I don't have to do some sort of convoluted system to make it so that I can see what has come out of my jam, and stuff.
That's only two trophies, participation for both jams, and I think I'm going to make them similar, an unshaded version for the Skin Base Jam and a shaded version for the other one, whatever I'm going to call that. Put ideas in the comments maybe, you people out there are smart. And probably don't have too many ideas.
4) Four isn't entirely PMC relevant, but I have writing projects, big ones that I need to lay down time for. The only reason why this one is four, is because this is a marathon project, where as making trophies, and such are things I can finish in a reasonably short period of time. Obviously the jams last for a long time after, but a lot of my work is done before the thing even goes live. Descriptions take so long...
Either way, things other then PMC in my life. That's good. It came before, and will outlive you all....
5) The upcoming dystopian multiversal super government which sends Eloise's sus sensors into overdrive. If you know, you know, if you don't, BE AWARE OF THE PROPAGANDA. And uh, this requires a Render and a decent 1,000+ word piece of writing. But uh you know, dystopian super-goverments must be taken down, and what better then your local immortal slightly-anarchist sarcastic slayer of big things to well- at least start the opposition.
I might bump this one up the list, it's time sensitive.
6) A (series) writing jam(s), because you know, you have to feed both halves of yourself or something. Add more to the plate until you fall over, or... wait.
Anyway, just a silly, fun idea, because I noticed that a lot of people have OCs so I thought what if I had an unranked writing jam where everyone like has their OCs put into a particular situation and uh well, using their various skills, and general nature, find their way through/out of it? Same situation no matter who they are, which means that there is lots of room for funny times! I mean I can't be the only one who has an OC who really doesn't fit in at a beach party.
This one is low on the list because I have had no time to really give it the run around in terms to opinions and stuff. But I wanna do it, because I want to get to know the other lore hungry people in this community! Also it's basically a goofy writing exercise, and those are fun!
7) More medieval skins. This is more a personal development thing, mixed with an account development thing. People really love downloading medieval skins! No seriously. My highest downloads are basically all medieval stuff, and you know, learning! My dress-making/skirt making skills have really improved since I started making those, so you know, I just got to do the thing, to get better at the thing.
8) More written backstories for my skins. I'm always so much happier when I do this, and it's writing practice, which I always need more of. The only problem is that writing 1000+ words is a bit mentally exhausting, particularly when they are continuous, and I'm working without a plan. Which I usually am, because I'm not writing a full elaborate story, so planning is a bit of a, why would I do that? But coming up with things on the fly is exhausting.
Is that all the things? Maybe. Maybe not. Probably not. But it's the main things, messily presented. I probably shouldn't try to cram in anymore. Burnout and stuff.
But I can't help it! I was prevented from doing things for so many long days. DAYS. Do you understand the torture?
Anyway, I have to pick two of my eleven surplus skins to post. Eleven and a bit, I uh guess I worked on some skins that still aren't finished.... so if you'll excuse me...

Hallooooo

Welcome back

Commercial air travel has become good and sufficient reason to "home-cation"…
Pleased to so you survived the ordeal and made good use of the time thinking up interesting things to post…
Eleven surplice skins gave me a bit of a pause until I realized the spell check likely didn't catch the substitution

*blinks* surplice... *googles furiously* no. NO BAD! BAD SPELL CHECK!
I have been betrayed. Mortally wounded.
AND HOW DO YOU SPELL THAT WORD! Do I have to use an AI to figure this out? Because I do not want a french pronoun.
Surplus. Right. Okay. I'm gonna go... fix something.

🤣👍

Hmph. Take that traitorous spell check. This is why I don't make friends.

Gotta keep these SkyNet wanna-bes in their place…

As they say, 'Home is where the Heart is.'
Lots of interesting stuff, you seem to have big plans for your account and progress in general. Looks exciting, sounds exciting, and I can't wait! :D'
May the shining, steel pen, and the best of luck stay by your side, throughout the best of your days and always around the worst. (Not much of a writer, but I tried XD)

I prefer the stick with pointy blade attached but if ms. writterly is gonna insist-
Thank you! I uh will try to keep at it. If I can find the motivation to keep going, I mean being in a community is helpful for that but it also keeps throwing ideas and new things to do at me! I can't keep up with myself! And I suppose that's not unique, I don't think most people can keep up with me.
And I find that if we keep trying, one day we are much of the thing we only try at <3

I shall insist, and you will keep the shiny pen! - ms. writterly
I shall also keep this title, hehe. :B
