sniffer
I would bring in the iron golem, because I think they would help with crime. Either that or the glow squid because they are cool
mooshroom and sniffer beacause there cute and like fidgetbay said, to solve world hunger (mooshroom), and sniffer just because its basically a gigantic colorful capybara :)

Villagers, so us homo sapiens won't be so lonely
Skeleton Horse, or Mooshroom. skeleton horse (looks cool as heck) And the mooshroom to solve world hunger.
Either a villager (They wouldn't look like humans, they'd have those huge noses and only make villager noises) or a strider because I feel like that would just be fun
There's already too many mobs irl already, don't need more :)
we should exclude the realistic ones like cow, pig and turtle etc. and focus on the more minecraft original like mooshroom or hoglin
I will bring mooshroom so I will never need to worried about food problems
