Image/Thumbnail Quality Problem

When I upload images/thumbnails for my server, the quality of the picture shown on here is bad, but the original quality of the picture is good. I want the image to look like the original please help.

I have the same problem on my latest post.
I recommend you remake the image but render it at a different size. (Like what ever size the display area is.)
