Is there any custom sky resource pack that does not use Optifine?

I am looking for a custom sky resource pack but would rather not use Optifine so that I can play on the snapshot versions, does anyone know any ideas?

You need the mod
So it could be hard to find something custom(models, textures) that doesn't need this modification

Unfortunately, you can't use custom skies without mods or optifine as far as I know.

Yea as Aberforth said Custom Skies are not a feature in vanilla Minecraft and are instead something only Optifine can do. As such you'll need optifine to use any custom sky pack

custom skies is a feature provided by optifine, so there's no such packs
