Jam set up questions

So I was fiddling wioth the jam set up section trying to suss out how the various bits worked and found an apparent trapdoor in the system where one can't back-up and change things like start/end dates, type of entries etc.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Does anyone know how to delete a jam one is in the process of setting up?
Does anyone know how to regain access to a jam where one has removed oneself as the jam host (i.e. there is no jam host)?
The Creation & Settings section of the FAQ at https://www.planetminecraft.com/group/jams/ seems far more focused on defining what things are than conveying how the setup process actually works…
Has anyone published a tutorial on how to set-up a jam? (And a link thereto…)

1. I've added you back as the host of the test jam. Other members can't see the drafted test jam until the founder launches it ( you'll see the notice at the top of the jam page with the button to launch).
2. To modify Jam setting: Click the "Jam" button, same place as member "Profile" button, then scroll down and click "Modify Jam Settings". Which settings you can change is dynamic based on the present status of the jam you're editing.
3. To cancel / delete a jam: Same as above but when you scroll down click "Cancel the Jam"
