It's an idea, but right now Cyp, Paril and Zaralith are busy with more pressing issues on PMC, so this wouldn't be something we could do any time soon. In the future we'd like to be able to add more profile customization, and that might include customizable backgrounds. Again, though, that wouldn't be any time soon.

The website theme is Minecraft, I think it works already.

PMC would have to go down for days. Most people are already mad, so things would get worse. There would be more haters, but this might happen, just not anytime soon

A web redesign would take a very short time, and I really doubt they'd have to shut the site down at all. But old doesn't mean bad. PMC doesn't really need a new design.
