A little confusion around the skin rules

Hey guys!
I am making a Mario skin and a Luigi skin. I was wondering if I was aloud to post Luigi separately if his face and mustache ( and body shading) was different. Once this is answered by a mod they can lock the post.

so long as the skins are 60-70% different its fine.

Yeah, it's legal to post both as long as you do what you suggested (different mustache, face, body shape/shading, etc) as long as YOU made every part of both skins.
