I'll got a map in that works that i was to put up for download here on PMC Only question is how do I do it?

Above explains the first thing:
Upload the worldsave to mediafire (example) or any other site and copy the link to the worldsave section at your submission. Adfly links oid. are not allowed under level 20!
I'm sure there are videos about how to get this & upload if you youtube it!

go to projects and find the category you want to put the map in then find the file in your .minecraft and upload it using a choose file button
