Malwarebytes will throw up that flag whenever your browser has to load a signature generated by the now-shutdown AchieveCraft website.

I actually just got that, although they closed down, and if there is a new site, I would steer clear from it.

Apparently someone didn't renew their domain. I was sure that used to be a site where you could generate your own Minecraft achievements for your signature and such.
