Mod Upload doesn't work

Hi
I'm trying to update my mod thread

but it won't let me upload a new mod file.
At "Mod File Media Add", I browsed to select the file, then clicked Save, it says "Uploading File..." with the three green squares cycling happily away, but it never finishes loading (even after 1 hour or so... and the mod file is only 1.5 MB)
I have tried using both Chrome and IE11, no luck.
Any ideas what's wrong?

Well after a lot of stuffing around I tried it on a different computer and it worked ok. No idea why.
Then, for some reason it kept finding spam in my description until I moved it all to notepad, saved my mod submission, then copied back from notepad again, which seemed to fix it.
Unfortunately I managed to take my mod offline while doing that, which busted me back to level 1, so I need Greenlight approval again. Bit of a saga really.

I have done some more tests.
If the zip file I'm uploading is less than about 680kb, it finishes uploading within about 20s and seems to work fine.
If the zip file is more than 680kb, it sits there loading forever.
