About a month ago a requested for my named to be changed by PMing all 3 super moderators, but they haven't replied yet. Am I doing something wrong?

It is accidentally misspelt
or accidentally miscapatilized
You want to remove extraneous punctuation
You want to omit personal information from it
You want it the same as your Minecraft username

I suggest you just wait...
I sent my username change (just to get rid of the -+ on the sides) and they didn't answer for a few days, but they changed it eventually. Spamming them with the request could make your chances lower.

While a few days is absolutely normal, OP hasn't heard back for over a month.

I would just send them another PM. I bet they probably forgot or something, I'm pretty sure this isn't normal.

if it's been a month and they haven't replied, just send a new one. They probably opened it, put it to the side for a few minutes to deal with something else, and accidentally forgot about it.

The super moderators are usually pretty busy, but a month seems like an absurd amount of time. Did any of them open your PM?
Try PM'ing Paril or some site mods and ask if they could help you. I don't believe site mods can change your username, but they might be able to get into contact with the super mods.

You did not correctly capitalize your username

Your Planet Minecraft username is different from your Minecraft username
