I just got a Dell inspiron for Christmas and it runs minecraft at 15 (max) And I was wondering if you guys knew of any good Laptops, All IN One pc's (possibly a desktop) that is under 500$ and runs minecraft at 60fps or higher. Thanks!

For all in one Desktops look for HP Touchsmarts. There are a variety of them to choose from if you want specific specs.

I use a Compaq Presario CQ62 laptop, hardly any game lag when I play on normal render.
4GB RAM
2.1GHZ Dual core
Some decent integrated graphics card I believe, I can run Killing Floor, COD4, TF2, Various other games easily.
Basically any laptop between 400-500 you pick up is good to run MC pretty good.
