Try deleting your resources and bin folders so it re-downloads them (i would back them up first though).

chimneyswift11 had the same problem on his ultimate skyblock. He said something about videocard, i dont remember. I guess you can just use a texture pack.

Try restarting you computer, if it fails re-download the bin.

Look at the screenshot and you'll see a lot of white lines

for some reason this happend to me what i did i dont know if this will fix it but i went into creative flew up really hight while looking at the ground waited until i couldnt see the ground i stoped flying and when i landed it fixed so i hope this helps
