Hello, I have a asus m5a97 r2.0 motherboard I want to sell, but the Ethernet does not work want I want to fix it before I sell it. There is a little coil like thing the fell off so I want to buy a new one and fix it. The problem is I don't know what it is or where it get it.

ok, do you know about how long it will take from when i ship it to when it is returned? Also do I have to pay shipping or any fee's if I RMA it?

Usually it takes a few weeks, and they typically make you pay to ship the defective product back. They'll foot the bill to ship you the replacement, though.

Just say it fell off. Poor soldering is always possible.

I think it would be easier to just RMA the board, assuming it's still under warranty.
