I need a moderators help

A friend has stolen some pictures of pixel art and is using it as a front cover for his server and profile picture. I have asked him to take it down many times but refuses. It will be greatly appreciated if a moderator can get those pictures removed. Also note that he put those pictures up without my permission or even asking.

Issue has been resolved as far as told what to do, locked.
Report once made will be dealt with soonish, just a matter of one of us getting to that one.
