I don't think there actually is a wrong answer to this one (besides Endercritters).
Little side not I believe a group of them is called a haunting of endermen. Idk it was smth like that

Men is the plural of man. Mans just seems a little awkward.
Correct; 'mans' is doubly peculiar as 'mens' is the more common error for ESL speakers [probably because "men's" ( the plural possessive) is a real word they are likely to be familiar with]
I'd rather deal w/ one than a bunch and a regular size one than tiny one so I pick enderman
