Hi, so here's the thing.
1)I've made a texture pack "animated blocks".
2)After about 1,5 weeks a mod deleted it, saying that it's not finished, has too much mojang ab stuff and if i want to upload the texture pack again I need to make the "how much is finished bar" to 5%
3)I uploaded it again, this time with the "how much is ready bar" to 5% and the mod says that this is OK.
4)It gets almost 3000downloads and 298diamonds, then the same mod write that it has to much mojang stuff and I need to remove the adf.ly link.
5)I removed the adf.ly link but asked if I could put it again, because I putt a media fire link that contains ONLY the animations.
6)It was just a question.
7)He says "no" and then removes my texture pack, because: "it's based on mojang ab textures"
8)Do anyone of you know why did he do this to me? Why didn't he said that it's based on mojang textures before (the first time). I removed the adf.ly link, all like he said but then he removed my texture pack!
9)please answer, because i've sent 3 messages to him, he has read them but won't answer.

After some minutes he removes my "neon craft" saying that it's unoriginal and that it's just a simple effect added to mojangs textures.

Do you think that this is a simple effect like sepia or black & white?
If it is against the rules than these texture packs should be removed too.

1. We all make mistakes (moderators included)
2. We don't abide with unoriginal content not 100% made by the creator
3. There's a lot of that and we're still working on methods of preventing its upload entirely and getting rid of it all.
I don't know anything further about your situation than what your post says but I hope to clear up a little confusion in general. I am sorry to hear about your difficulties.

There's only 1 Admin and that's Cyprezz XD
And there are no Operators just Moderators.

Just wait for him to reply.
The textures you used are property of Mojang AB, so it is illegal to distribute them. ( Especially in a adf.ly link )
Like he said, just make your own textures and animate them THEN you may post them.

I removed the adf.ly link, he said me to do it and I did.
In the texture description the progress bar was set to 5%
Oh and before he said that I can upload the texture pack if I set the progress bar, witch I did.
