Also, when you do reach the required level, click on "My account." Near the top right, then, below General Account, there should be an button that says "My Sig card."

At level 10 (or 15, not sure!) you unlock a PMC player card like that. Just keep on uploading great submissions, you'll get there soon. It'll be a breeze!
