PMC doesn't upload mod

I'm trying to upload a mod for the fith time or so now, and PMC still won't let me... Endless uplaoding the 2MB .zip file. And PMC is not down or so, when I tried it.
I tried multiple ways of speeding up the process, but nothing worked...
Any help or suggestions? Perhaps from the PMC team itselfe?

Tried Dropbox. Didn't work. Now it works... whyever... ^^
