Switched to spigot and now its working

This seems like it has been happening to more and more people recently, i guess Paril is working on it, but just incase, i recomend sending him a PM with the exact deatils, and how to replicate the problem

It uses the Bukkit API, so all plugins that work with Bukkit work with Spigot.

Interesting, is the API much different than bukkit?

I can't seem to think of another solution. If you can, try to use a Spigot build, it's just like Bukkit but with many improvements.

Also, did you enable server quering?

Still not working, i reverified twice and got the latest dev build of craftbukkit

Many people have been having this problem lately (including me). Some of the things that you could try:
1) Make sure enable-query is set to true in your server.properties.
2) Try and re-verify your server with PMC.
3) Make sure you have the latest Bukkit Development build from dl.bukkit.org
