PMC wont let me post my server

Hi, yesterday I tried to post a server with the IP VCAnarchy.c2mcs.net but when I tried it the site said the server already existed and I was redirected to this server page

PMC is claiming the server above is the same server I am trying to post when they are completely different is almost every way possible. I tried to post the server again today with the same result. Can someone help me please? I would really like to give my anarchy server the attention it deserves but I can't because PMC keeps stopping me.

No, they do not. That's why this is weird.
(Although, he IS hiding the ip on the page, do you think he's leeching my server's IP in order to repost his?)
